    you need to make a customer survey /complaint easy—I am not interested in KFC history nor getting a tablet———-WHAT I want is great food its that simple——I did not get THAT from storeG968009—ticket #4613 . this is the second time now this has happened—but this time if you care ?——-I paid extra and got less—dried/ hard chicken and wasted my time/gas/$ as a reward—-thanks. maybe just maybe someone should be paying attention at each store and when they put the chicken( have some schooling if ness)————- in the box/plate recognize what is quality and what is NOT before giving it to a valuable customer. I have just retired from running a small business and fired personel and loss $ before I would give lessor quality using my co. name. ( I hope this reaches the right person)———-thanks—-JOHN
