    I was asked to enter the store number. Computer said Chk 3652 was not the store number. That is what is on my receipt. It also said Survey Code: 08HMK33YHQ3C WAS NOT A GOD NUMBER. This is the second time I am not able to enter the feedback and get an appetizer I will not let this happen a third time as I will not be returning to this establishment. I complained to the management the first time. The server Hunter said he told the manager on his shift who was to bring it up in there next meeting. Three weeks later same problem. I will not be going to the Olive Gardens and recomend anyone else to find another restaurent.

    love the salads and my husband loves the ribs and green beans. Some days we have excellent service and some days we do not but the food is good and the price is right.

    Our waiter, Cameron, was very nice. But I don’t think we will be returning anytime soon. We ordered only our dinners and one drink. Another waiter came with chips and salsa, in which we told him that we did not order it. He said, “it’s free.” Cameron then came by and told us that he got us the chips and salsa because it will take a while for them to cook up the steak for my husband.” We got our bill, my husband didn’t take a close look at it. I looked after he paid. We were charged for the chip and salsa. My husband told me not to make a big deal out of it. It wasn’t expensive but it was the principle.

      That happened to me last night because I have the rewards card, I automatically get chips/salsa for free & of course, it’s charged $3.99. Horrible experience last night.

    We were ignored for over 12 minutes,till we flagged down a nice waiter, He took our order and brought chips and salsa to help us relax. Our food was delicious,after he served it he told us the manager wanted to send us a free dessert for waiting so long.They was,t even busy,so what happens when they are?

    Went there I had a burger. Good. My wife had a steak and shrimp terrible. Steak was so tough couldn’t cut it. The waitress was so nice insisting returning it.brought out another steak but it was under cooked she wanted medium it came out almost rare left it at that I guess they didn’t want to over cook it

    Asking for feedback, I entered the store number – told it was not a store number. So I entered the four digit check number, which was accepted. Then I copied the survey code, and was noted that this is not a valid code – but it was exactly what my tab had printed on it. I would have given you a lot of positive feedback – but I guess you do not want the specifics.

    I have spent at least 45 min trying to complete survey it continually tells me store number is not valid I had same problem on TGI site last night so double checked with the store in Maple Grove and the number I have entered is the right one I am very frustrated with the process I believe there page has to be checked the store number on my receipt is
